Self Care - Take 3 - Recharge & Refresh

You did good. You've taken care of everyone, even when you're exhausted. Now let's take a minute to make sure you're okay, because I know it's very easy to neglect yourself.

3. Go For A Run Or Bike Ride

        Yep, exercise. It's AMAZING for the mind, and has the BEST side effect... improving your body.
