DAMAGED/LOST PRODUCT(S) IN SHIPPING = EXCHANGE
I take great care in our packaging, but I know accidents may happen during shipping. If, on arrival, your purchase is damaged, please reach out to me via email. In the email, please include how the piece is damaged (a picture would be great). If damaged, I may be able to send you the same style. However, most times, I only have one of a kind product or the last product available. In cases like this, I’ll gladly offer a similar design equal to the purchase jewelry price.
If the package never arrives, please let me know. I'll reach out to the mail carrier and try to locate it. If they are not able to locate it, I may be able to send you the same style. But again, the product may had been one of a kind, or the last one available. In cases like this, I’ll gladly offer a similar design equal to the original purchase jewelry price.
THE "EHH. I CHANGED MY MIND" REFUND
I get it. And don't worry. If your purchased product hasn't shipped, then great. Send me an email and let me know you changed your mind. I'll refund the order.
If you have received your purchased product, or your product has already shipped, and it's beautiful and undamaged but you still want a refund - no problem. We offer refunds up to 14 days from the purchase date. But since the product is already shipped, you'll gonna need to do a little more.
1) Email me within 14 days from the purchase date.
2) Let us know why you're returning the product(s). Don't worry, it won't affect your refund. This will just help me serve you and others better in the future.
3) Within 14 days, securely repackage the jewelry you're returning.
4) Within 14 days, mail the packaged jewelry at your post office. You'll have to cover the cost of the shipping, just like if you had to return a product at a physical store, you would cover the cost of transportation you used to get there. Fair? Fair. Great.
5) Your part's done!
Once we receive the product(s) in whole and undamaged, we'll refund your money asap. (Don’t worry if it arrived damaged, we'll work something out). Please allow 21 days for the money to appear in your account.
21 days sounds excessively long? Well, my customers have always loved their purchases and have never asked for a refund. So, I really don't know the average time it takes for you to receive your refund. I'm sure you'll receive it before the 21 days.... this is just giving some wiggle room.
REFUND POLICY ON FREE PRODUCTS
No. There's no refunds on free products people. Why? Because it's free, and it's my way of saying, "Thank you for subscribing. I appreciate you. Here's a gift to prove it."
If your free product is damaged on arrival, no problem. Don't keep it to yourself. Whip out your phone, take a picture of the free product that was damaged in shipping, and send the picture in an email letting me know. I'll email you a phenomenal coupon you can use on your next purchase with me (there may be an expiration date applied).
If your free product is lost in the mail, don't worry. Just let me know. I'll reach out to the mail carrier and try to locate it. If they are not able to locate it, I’ll email you a phenomenal coupon that you can use on your next purchase with me(there may be an expiration date applied).

I take great pains to accurately capture the true color of each product piece. So please remember, that different device screens may display colors slightly off. So, while the beauty of the piece will be accurate, the shade may be slightly different, based on your device's screen display.
